    Grace was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and lived there until graduation from high school.  She attended Talladega College in Talladega Alabama and Howard University in Washington, D.C. Being born into a family where there was little money, Grace had to rely on scholarships and working hard to obtain college degrees.  She currently holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education and a Master of Education Degree.  Grace was employed as an Adult Education Teacher/Coordinator in the D.C. public schools for eight and one half years.  She is currently employed by the U.S. Air Force at the Pentagon in Washington as a Computer Analyst.  Grace met and married Clarence Mobley of Washington, D.C., a local Architect.  Their life style reflects a genuine commitment to God and a sincere personal walk with Christ as Lord and Savior.  There were no children born to Grace and Clarence.
