    Helen was born in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina near Charlotte where she lived and grew up.  Helen later met and married James Douglas.  They lived several years in New York City, N.Y. and Richmond, Virginia.  They later moved back to their home city of Charlotte, N.C.
Helen has been employed in public establishments; however, she is aspiring toward self-employment in the Data Processing Area.  Helen has always set high goals and has worked hard to achieve them.  In recent years she purchased a beautiful home in Charlotte where she currently lives.
